Welcome to the SafeDining Association
In recent years scores of people have been stricken ill as a result of food service operations
not taking enough precautions while handling their food. These cases have compromised
the integrity of the food service industry. The SafeDining Association has developed a program to restore this
integrity by offering our members a total food safety training and management program.
