The SafeDining Association is proud to announce that we are now teaching Summer Festival Classes. You can register on line or call us at 630-434-0588 for a complete list of classes. As always these classes can be done privately at you location with a minimum of 10 people.

| The State of Illinois Adapts National Food Code |

As of May 10, 2009 the State of Illinois has adopted National Food Code. The SafeDining Association is putting together the rules for your review and will be forwarding them to you soon. In the meantime if you need information on the changes please feel free to give us a call at 630-434-9588.
